  • Manage Stress and anxiety.

    This workshop is created to support students with how to deal with stress and anxiety during tests and VCE Exams. We teach practical breathing and movement techniques to help bring the mind and body back into balance and calm.

  • Building positive relationships.

    This workshop is created to support students understand the importance of building positive relationships with yourself and others around us. Helps to balance emotions and teaches respect towards self and others.

  • Year level Transition Support.

    This workshop is created to help support children and teens as they transition in and out of Primary and Secondary School. We teach them tools and provide resources to help deal with lifes’ challenges.
