Rest & Restore is a four week meditation series designed for anyone who needs to slow down, reset and make time for their own wellbeing. Each week we come together as a community at The Sweet Spot in Moonee Ponds — a gentle, thoughtfully held space — to rest the nervous system and reconnect with ourselves.
Through guided breath work, body scan, body awareness and guided meditation, each one hour session is created to help you feel grounded, calm and at peace. No experience needed. You can book a single session or multiple sessions. Please select the sessions you would like to join at the check out. Sessions can be booked individually.
